-- First: I am grateful for so much in my life ... family, friends, career, animals, home, church, health, peace.
-- So many people are ignorant, and jump on media-generated bandwagons when they know next to nothing about the topic. I think of these people as sheep, but sheep that are predators and can damage lives.
-- So many parents are wrecking their children's chance at leading independent and productive lives. They shield, they make excuses, they coddle, they interfere.
-- I love teaching art to teenagers, but I hate what New York State is doing to our district.
-- Jim and I are so excited to build our perfect house, and talking about the things we want and need is one of our favorite conversations.
-- So many people lead immoral and destructive lives, taking what they want when they want, and having no regard for who they destroy: their spouses, their colleagues, their children.
-- I am so happy to be part of my church, and I am excited about working on our goals this coming year.
-- Our current political administration is creating a nation of lazy people who have no incentive whatsoever to roll up their sleeves and put in a hard day's work.
-- Exercise takes time and energy, but it also creates energy. Finding the time is my biggest challenge. Oh, and I love food and wine.
-- Extreme religious conservatives are making it very difficult for us moderate conservatives to have an alternative-to-Obama candidate that we can vote for next fall.
-- Laundry is never ever "done".
